Advance payment may be required to confirm any booking.

Booking is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment and written confirmation from Pratiksha Travels.

Customers must provide accurate personal and travel details during the booking process.

3. Payment Terms

Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or other approved methods.

Prices may vary depending on season, destination, and third-party vendor pricing.

Any increase in government taxes, fees, or transport charges will be borne by the customer.

4. Responsibilities & Liabilities

Pratiksha Travels acts as a booking intermediary and is not liable for delays, cancellations, or loss caused by third-party vendors (e.g., hotels, transport, sightseeing).

We are not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss arising due to accidents, theft, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

Customers are responsible for their belongings during the trip.

5. Car & Bus Rentals

Vehicles are provided with or without drivers, depending on the booking.

Customers must follow traffic rules and respect the condition of the vehicle.

Any damage caused by negligence or misuse will be charged to the customer.

Delays due to traffic or road conditions are not the responsibility of Pratiksha Travels.

6. Resort & Villa Bookings

Bookings are subject to check-in/check-out times and house rules as provided by the property.

Any damage to the property or violation of rules will result in penalties or forfeiture of the deposit.

7. Travel Documents

Customers are responsible for carrying valid ID proof and any other required travel documents.

Pratiksha Travels will not be held responsible for denied entry or service due to missing or invalid documents.

8. Conduct

Customers must behave responsibly during travel.

Any inappropriate or unlawful behavior may lead to immediate termination of service without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Pratiksha Travels website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Pratiksha Travels and may not be reused without permission.

10. Amendments

Pratiksha Travels reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website and become effective immediately.
